This interactive 2-hour class will cover all the basics you need to help you and your baby start successfully and avoid the common challenges that usually derail your successful breastfeeding.

• Familiarization with breastfeeding’s common lingo

• Necessary Gear and Pumps
• Positions and Holds
• Maternal Diet
